Little Getaway

This double-storey home is off the grid, has air conditioning, and can accommodate 4 guests. It comprises 2 semi-private bedrooms located on the first floor.

The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, while the second bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds, which can be converted to a king-size bed upon request. The rooms are semi-private, with cupboards separating the space into 2 rooms. There is no door separating the rooms.

The second bedroom has an en-suite toilet and basin. Another bathroom downstairs is fitted with a shower, basin, and toilet. The main bedroom upstairs opens onto a balcony where guests can enjoy sundowners and the salty sea breeze.

Downstairs, guests will find a well-equipped kitchen and a spacious living area, which opens onto a covered patio. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, gas stove, oven, and microwave. The living area features a folding dining table and a comfy seating area.

Delene was a lovely host. She was so sweet greeting us at the driveway with an umbrella to keep us and our belongings dry. The house was cozy and comfy. We loved hearing the ocean outside our window.

Lovely stay, friendly hosts. Wonderful stop-over, sorry it was so short. Would have loved to stay longer. Perfect place to stay while travelling, our hosts were fantastic and helped us out with some leatherwork too! The cottage was clean and spacious, and we could hear the sea all night. It was close to the beach, which was pristine. Would love to come back.
